Dear Neighbors/Friends,

I hope this letter finds you well. We, as residents of the community are very proud of your accomplishments and thank you for your on-going commitment to helping our young people with their daily struggles in this often-stressful society.

I would first like to introduce myself as a local playwright and contributor of the arts: I would like to help your community-based efforts by introducing a unique fund-raising idea/opportunity.

I personally have had the opportunity to dance, sing and act in local productions throughout Orange and Rockland County as well as in New York City. I am looking for a way to offer my expertise with the efforts of those who also have the responsibility to raise our youth and to bring our families to a higher level of awareness and to positively combat negative devices so prevalent in our local communities and the world at large.

As a graduate of the famed “High School of Performing Arts”, I would like to share my desire to create ways for young people to join together using their talents and I feel this would be a great way to show them how to use these abilities while helping to raise funding for any up coming ventures they might be involved in.
